TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

Yonab Construction invites eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and Garbage Chute systems for its project, Yonab Mall, located in Piassa, Addis Ababa.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The works include the complete supply and installation of HVAC and Garbage Chute systems as per the detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications.

INTERESTED BIDDERS SHALL FULFILL THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid and renewed trade license
• VAT registration certificate and TIN certificate
• Relevant experience in HVAC and Garbage Chute System Supply and Installation
• Company profile with similar completed projects

BID DOCUMENT COLLECTION:

Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase the complete bid document (including BOQ and specifications) from the Yonab Construction Head Office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

SITE VISIT:

Interested bidders are encouraged to conduct a site visit to understand the project’s physical condition. Site visits will be conducted every Wednesdays during the collection period at 4:00 LT (10:00 AM). Bidders shall meet at the Yonab Mall project site located at Piassa, beside the Greek Church.

BID SUBMISSION

Bidders are required to submit both a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal separately sealed as part of their bid.

➤ The Technical Proposal may be submitted either:

• In hard copy, enclosed in a properly sealed envelope clearly marked “Technical Proposal”, or
• In soft copy via email to: yonabbids@gmail.com

➤ The Financial Proposal must be submitted only in hard copy, in a wax-sealed envelope, clearly marked “Financial Proposal”.

➤ Submission Deadline: 29/08/2018 at 9:00 LT (3:00PM)

➤ If bidders submit the technical documents in hard copy, the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes.

❖ Any document presented after the deadline will not be accepted.

• Bid opening will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives
